I put it point-blank to John Armstrong whether Oswald (the one we know) had any advance knowledge of the assassination. This is what he said:

Ralph, 

First, whatever thoughts I have are pure speculation. But, I have no documents, and I know of no witnesses who claim that LHO had advance knowledge of the assassination or warned anyone about anything. And, I cannot, in my wildest dreams, imagine that the plotters would want Harvey, the patsy, to know anything about what was going to happen to JFK.
