Backes, you couldn't kick a can down the road without tripping over it. You're stupid, very stupid. You were born stupid, and whatever education you got was a complete waste of time; it did you no good. 

Why should he have a pack or box of cigarettes? Because he's smoking a cigarette, that's why, and there are no grounds to think he obtained it from anyone else. There is no one else smoking in his vicinity. 

Furthermore, Lovelady was a confirmed smoker, a serious smoker. He wasn't the kind of guy who occasionally had a cigarette and bummed it off someone. He kept cigarettes on him. 

So, that cigarette must have come from a pack or box that he kept on his person, and the only place to store it was his shirt pocket, just as we see him doing in the FBI picture. 

The inference is that Lovelady carried his cigarettes in his shirt pocket, his left shirt pocket, as a matter of habit. And they are not there in the Lovelady clip.

So, where did he get the cigarette from? And since he obviously had a box and not a pack of cigarettes in the FBI photo, the box has the same volume whether it's full or empty. If that was his habit, to buy boxes, and it was, then it was entrenched. So, how come no box here if he is Lovelady?

But, he is NOT Lovelady. He isn't even close to being Lovelady.

Again: only in the wicked world of JFK assassination discussion would anyone claim that those two were the same man.
