Tom Cahill is a veteran. He was an analyst in US Air Force Intelligence and then became an advocacy journalist and a photo-journalist. In the 1960s, he published an underground newspaper called INFERNO in both Spanish and English. He was jailed briefly in 1968 for his anti-Vietnam War activities. In 2003, Tom was one of the “human shields” who tried to prevent the bombing of Iraq at the onset of the disastrous US invasion. But, later that same year, because of his involvement in rape prevention, he was invited to the White House by George W. Bush.- an amazing swing of the pendulum which Tom describes as “surreal”. In 2001, Tom received an award from the Joanna Mariner of Human Rights Watch, and in 2005, he was nominated for the Agape Foundation Peace Prize. His other affiliations include Earth First, Amnesty International, ACLU, and Veterans for Peace. Tom has written about the fraudulent War on Drugs, the murder of JFK and that of his son, the U.S. use of radioactive munitions in Iraq and elsewhere, and other diverse subjects. He staunchly supports the innocence of Lee Harvey Oswald.

I welcome the newest senior member of the Oswald Innocence Campaign, Thomas Cahill. His bio, as it appears on the OIC website, is posted below. Tom has lived an amazing life of advocacy, and he is, in a word, a hero. He's a hero of mine, and I am honored to have him in the OIC. Welcome aboard, Tom.
