This site is dedicated to debunking the photographic analysis utilized by the Oswald Innocence Campaign. He may be innocent but he wasn't in the doorway...
* * * * * * * * * * * *
So, Oswald MAY be innocent? So, he may be innocent or he may be guilty? You actually don't have an opinion about that? You don't claim to know about that? But, you do claim to know that he wasn't in the doorway? Is that what you're saying?
But, if you don't know whether Oswald was innocent or guilty, how can you claim to know where he was or wasn't? If he may be guilty, then he may have been up on the 6th floor. And if he may be innocent, then he definitely was not up on the 6th floor, and there aren't too many places to put him. It was the lunch break, so he couldn't have been on the 3rd, 4th, or 5th floors. He had to be either in the 1st floor lunch room, the 2nd floor lunch room, or the doorway.
Are there any other places to consider that he might have been if he wasn't on the 6th floor? I'll answer that question for you: No.
Was he in the 1st floor lunch room during the shooting? No. He was there earlier. He was there at a time when Junior Jarman and Harold Norman were nearby, whom he saw at the time. But, they wound up going outside, and then they wound up walking around the building from the outside, re-entering through the back door, going up to the 5th floor to watch from the window, for which we have a photograph of them taken by Robert Allen And that all took time. So, Oswald was definitely not in the 1st floor lunch room eating at 12:30. He was in there doing that well before 12:30.
Was he in the 2nd floor lunch room at 12:30? No, because he was spotted walking through the 2nd floor lunch at 12:31 and some seconds. And he had nothing in his hands. He had no Coke. In fact, he didn't get a Coke until after that because he was spotted with a full Coke a short while later by Mrs. Geraldine Reid, and that was after his encounter with Truly and Baker. Both Truly and Baker insisted repeatedly that he had no Coke when they saw him. And they could not have conspired to lie about that. They didn't even know each other.
So, all indications are that Oswald had just arrived and was still in motion from having reached the 2nd floor lunch room when Baker saw him. If he didn't come down from the 6th floor (and he didn't) then where could he have come from?
Could he have gone directly from the 1st floor lunch room to the 2nd floor lunch room? No, because there is too much time involved.
Even Vincent Bugliosi places Oswald in the 1st floor lunch room at 12:15. And,, the time marker that Oswald used to peg when he was there was to cite the presence of Junior Jarman and Harold Norman, who were there when he was. And that was well before the motorcade, which is necessitated by the timeline of what Jarman and Norman had to do to get situated for the motorcade.
So, there is no doubt whatsoever that Oswald was NOT in the 1st floor lunch room at 12:30 sharp, and there is no doubt whatsoever that he was not in the 2nd floor lunch room at 12:30 sharp. So, if he wasn't in either of those places, and he wasn't on the 6th floor, where was he?
He was in the doorway. And why the Hell wouldn't he be? What reason can anyone give why Oswald would not be outside gazing at JFK and his wife? At 12:30, Oswald wasn't eating, and he wasn't drinking. Like everyone else, he got off work at 11:45, which was 15 minutes early, precisely so that he could get his eating and drinking done so that at 12:30, he'd be ready to watch the Presidential motorcade.
But, what right does anyone have to assume that Oswald would postpone eating his lunch when he knew what was expected at 12:30? Why would he rather eat a cheese sandwich at 12:30 than watch JFK? Why would anybody?
Why would he do that? Would you do that? If you knew the President was riding by at 12:30, and you got off work at 11:45, would you postpone eating your lunch for 45 minutes so that you could do it right when the President went by, thus missing it? Why would you do that? Why would anyone do that?
Oswald was in the doorway at 12:30 sharp watching the motorcade. It's the logical place for him to be. It's the place he said he was (out with Bill Shelley in front). And we have two images of him standing there that we know of, including this one.
It's time for the lying to stop because the lies have run completely out of gas. Oswald was in the doorway during the killing of President Kennedy. He was outside. He was just barely outside, but he was still outside. And that is a proven, demonstrable, rock-solid fact.
