No, Backes. Addison's disease is deficiency of the adrenal cortex hormones, cortisol and aldosterone. Catecholamines, like adrenaline, come from the adrenal medulla, and it's like a whole different gland. I don't think it's typical for Addison's patients to have trouble making catecholamines.
