Oswald in the doorway: the blog of the Oswald Innocence Campaign, by Ralph Cinque

Someone noticed that if we look at the torso of Carl Jones- the thing below his head and Doorman's cuff- 

we see the shamrock-shape, but we also see what looks like a face. Kind of like Spongebob?

Now, that's from the HSCA image, provided by Robin Unger. And, I didn't do anything to it. Absolutely nothing except crop it.  So, what is it?
