This isn't a feather. It looks like a feather, but it's a synthetic thing. It's not a real feather, and unlike a real feather, it is dangerous.

It could take somebody's eye out. It's like a stiletto. 

So no, I was not going to call it a feather. It is more fitting to call it an arrow than a feather. 

And now there is a new case opened with the Hays County Sheriff. They sent out the same officer as the last time. And there is already a case number assigned. I have it, but I won't give it. Hondo can look it up.
