Backes, you said that Elm Street declines downward from Houston Street to the Triple Underpass. I underlined what I said because it was the same thing, just expressed a little differently. I said that Elm Street declined downward from east to west. Houston Street is east .The Triple Underpass is west. So, if it declines from east to west, it's same as saying that it declines from Houston Street to the Triple Underpass. That's why I underlined it: because I had already said the same thing you said, except in a different way.
