It looks pretty level. And why wouldn't it be level? She was standing there waiting for them, knowing exactly what she was going to do. The limo was approaching very slowly. She had all the time in the world to get ready. Why wouldn't she hold her camera level?
The vast majority of people instinctively hold their camera level.
Mary even held the camera level when she demonstrated it.
It may not be perfectly level, but it's pretty damn close. I'm sure she' s trying to be level. And that Polaroid was a big, unwieldy camera. The idea that she would held it unlevel to take the picture is ridiculous. It's absurd. She's standing there on the side of the road. The President is riding by. He gets to her, so she snaps the picture. Where does unlevel fit into that?
You think it was unlevel, huh. OK, how was it unlevel? Explain the departure from level, the way in which she unleveled it.
So now, Hondo the Wanderer thinks that Mary Moorman was panning with the camera from right to left and doing so with the camera unlevel no less.
What possible reason did Mary have to even have a thought to hold the camera unlevel?
And after waiting there for hours. That's right. Hours. Just to photograph the President and Jackie, what possible reason did she have not to put them in the center of her camera field? You say she was pointing it across the rear of the limo? Why?
Look, we know very well what her purpose was: to photograph the President and Jackie. Nothing else. No one else. Just them. Her only thought was to aim the camera at them. THEM.
Wasn't she aiming it at them here?
That was Z-300. And she's not pointing the camera across the back of the limo. So, why wouldn't she be doing the same less than a second later? You say she: "pointed it across the back of the limo and got the occupants in the field of view"?
The occupants? THE OCCUPANTS???? THE OCCUPANTS???
Who the hell do you think you are? This wasn't a slice of life picture of people on the subway. It was the President and Jackie. It is crystal clear that Mary Moorman wanted to hone-in on them.
In fact, in one of her interviews, the questioner told her that he heard that she framed the picture to include the motorcycle cop boyfriend of Jean Hill, and she denied it. She said she was only interested in capturing the President and Jackie.
Occupants. You've been smoking too much of that peyote again.
