No, Brennan. Marguerite Oswald did NOT just frame the magazine cover because they have different backgrounds, plus she could not exclude the text. The cover is the cover, and it's going to look the same with or without a frame.
So, I don't know where Marguerite Oswald got that other version of the TIME magazine art. It's very strange that she could. It's very strange that it exists. And, it's very strange that a mother would want to hang art that deliberately sought to display her son like he was twisted and deranged. It's not what you would call a flattering picture, so why hang it? What mother would do that?
