Keep digging, Cinque. Once your start listening to the witnesses, all of 

them, (yes, i got your email about this, they were all pressured and lied)
read what the photo professionals have had to say about Altgens 6.

So how, indeed, would it go, Cinque? 

Ralph Cinque:

Not well, Viklund, not well. In fact, it would be impossible to defend Oswald without establishing his alibi, that is, his whereabouts during the shooting. 

And all you have to do is imagine it as a real trial. Oswald denies shooting Kennedy but admits being there. Yet, he won't reveal exactly where he was and what he was doing at the time of the shots? 

I realize there is no requirement for a defendant to testify, but I believe that that omission would outweigh any and every other consideration in the minds of the jurors. And, I think a juror would say it out loud during deliberations. 

"Hey, he won't even tell us where he was and what he was doing when the crime occurred.  So, why should we believe anything he says? What justification does he have for being secretive about this? I know he wasn't required by law to take the witness stand and answer questions, but it amounts to what it amounts to. An innocent person would be eager to establish his alibi- and answer questions about it. He would welcome being cross-examined. This shows a consciousness of guilt. I say we convict him."

And no photo professionals have ever said anything about Altgens6. The WC didn't bring in any photo professionals. And neither did the HSCA. They brought in anthropologists, which is not the same as photo professionals. And they brought in Robert Groden, who is also not a photo professional. Robert Groden worked in US Army Intelligence. That was his profession, and in my opinion, it still is. 

I have gone to photo professionals. I went to one recently. I offered to pay him. At first, he was eager. But, the instant he found out that it concerned the authenticity of the Moorman photo from the JFK assassination, he fled like a bat out of Hell. That's what you get from photo professionals. They're certainly not going to uphold the validity of these photos; but they're not going to challenge them either. Why? Self-interest.
