I have to agree. Babushka Lady is no longer off the hook. Her behavior is NOT OK. She actually chose a spot well in advance and waited for the Kennedys to reach her camera field.

Nobody does that. No normal, innocent, regular spectator does that. Ever. And that means that Babushka Lady was not a normal, innocent, regular spectator. So, what did she know? What was her purpose? That is a wide open question now.

But, Mary Moorman was definitely a normal, innocent, regular spectator, and she would never have done anything like this:

Let them approach her from the top of the hill with her all ready to take a picture and then not take it up to this point? Forget it. No way. No chance. No how.
