Larry, that is one of two recent pieces of research by David Mantik. Here is the other one, which I have posted.
In it, Dr. Mantik argues that the Harper skull fragment, found on the grass not far from where Mary Moorman was standing, was indeed an occipital fragment, which means JFK was shot from the front.
But, think about it: if Kennedy's head blew-up to the extent of sending an occipital fragment sailing through the air to land on the grass, how could his head be intact at the time of the Moorman photo which was taken after the fatal head shot? Note also that Z-313 indicates not the time of the shot but the time of the impact, the time of the damage to JFK's head. So, surely by Z-316, which corresponds to the Moorman photo, it should definitely show it. And since we know frames were removed, there may have been more time involved than that. Therefore, the Moorman photo must have been altered to hide the blow-out of Kennedy's head which sent the Harper fragment flying.
