This image of Lovelady is fake. He wasn't there. The detective in back, who is closest to us: what is casting the shadow over his right shoulder? There was nothing there to cast it. Can't you see that they just created that darkness to provide more dark background to display Lovelady? There was nothing there to cast that shadow. They were just making room for Lovelady.

They just put that shadow in to squeeze in and give him some clearance from the other figures. They had to hide the fact that there was no room for Lovelady there. Those men, including the big cop and Oswald, could not have gotten by him without a great deal of inconvenience.

Here's another problem: his size. Lovelady is too small. He looks extremely small compared to the cop in back. Of course, the cop in back was closer to the camera, but still, we're talking about a very short distance. It was a small cramped room. And Lovelady was closer to the camera than Oswald and the big cop. The size disparity between Lovelady and the cop in back is so great that you'd think there was a lot of distance between them. But, the cop is right there at the edge of the desk. He is practically to Lovelady. It is fake!

If you don't think it's fake, then show me one other picture like it from the entire history of photography, where there is a convenient black screen all around Lovelady (except the shadow on the man's upper arm which is technically in front of Lovelady, but you'd never know it). If he was ensconced in that much shadow, how come he's so illuminated? And don't tell me that it was from the photographer's camera flash because that surely would have illuminated the cop's right shoulder.

This is a fake picture. He could not possibly have been there. They could not possibly have gotten by him. And nobody but nobody would do such a thing, just sit there like a lump on a log and make cops do a detour around him. That is ridiculous. He would have seen and heard them coming, and he would have gotten out of the way.  You would have be the King of Sheeba to go on sitting there when you know you are right in their way.

It's a fake picture. They stuck Lovelady in the squad room scene in order to put him in a plaid shirt. And now I know why Harold Weisberg didn't said anything about it in 1966. It's because they didn't bring it out in 1966. It didn't come out until 1979. And even then, they didn't include it in the HSCA Final Report. Why didn't they? I don't know that Harold Weisberg ever commented about this, and it may be because he never even knew about it.

Lovelady was placed in there- in the picture. There is no doubt about it.
