"In the 44 years since the Kennedy assassination, a consensus of sorts has arisen that Oswald’s 1st shot—the shot that missed—was fired at around Zapruder frames Z155–Z157."
That's a statement by Kenneth Seance which you can find here:

"Phil Willis was standing on the south side of Elm and he can be seen taking this picture from off the curb in the Z film, and ... (19H467). His photo corresponds to Z186."
You can find that here: http://www.jfklancer.com/pdf/bj190.pdf
So, this is the Willis photo taken at Z186 which was after the first shot, which came at Z155-157.
That's Hickey sitting in the back seat, closest to us. It was after the first shot. It was about 2 seconds after the first shot, and he hadn't stirred. He looks relaxed, like he doesn't have a care in the world. His whole body language says that he's not about to go anywhere.
He lied, Backes. Just like Rufus Youngblood lied when he claimed that he "stepped" over the seat to get on top of Lyin' Lyndon Johnson.
He backwrote the story, Backes, just like a certain famous female does- although I won't mention her name. He conformed himself to the story once he knew what it was.
There have been a lot of backwriters in the JFK world.
And look at the picture again, Backes. Why would he stand up? What need did he have to stand up? Why wouldn't he just turn around without standing up?
He would just turn around, Backes. Standing had no place in it. A person might instinctively crouch in response to gunfire, but he wouldn't stand.
