No, James. Roy Schaeffer was not expressing his opinion; he was reporting his own personal experience. He worked at the Dayton Daily News, and he said that he, personally, received the Altgens6 photo-fax, which arrived at 7 AM on Saturday, November 23, and he observed immediately, from signs of masking and opaquing, that it had been altered.
It's not an opinion. It's a statement of fact.
Now, if you want to dispute it, you can only do so by calling him a liar.
If you want to do that, I can't stop you, but that's the only basis by which you can dispute what he said.
