Bookhout hmself testified that, after he did the joint report with Hosty,
he destroyed his notes for it, and that the only remaining "notes" was the
joint report! No second report!  Sand!

Fact: Fritz, Hosty, and Bookhout were present when Oswald said he was "out with Bill Shelley in front". 

Fritz and Hosty NEVER mentioned it at any time, and Bookhout changed it to be that he was out with Shelley after the assassination, which was not only wrong but impossible because Shelley was NOT out front when Oswald left for home, and that is clearly established in the testimonial record from multiple sources. 

It ain't hard to figure out what happened.
