Oswald Innocence Campaign Yes, Brad. That is what it means, that all those cops that tackled, not Oswald, but the shooter, (and in that capacity I call them, not cops, but penguins, because cops would have cuffed him on the spot) were in on it. And I realize that it's hard for many people to accept. How could so many be willing to be involved in such a thing as murder? It was a joint DPD/FBI venture, and the order for it had to come down from the top. And I mean: from the President of the United States. I sincerely believe that LBJ gave the order to kill Oswald.
