I'll point out that the smudge over Emory Robert's mouth and hand, as he is speaking on the car phone during the shooting, is absolute proof that the Altgens photo was altered, and that means that it could not possibly have gone out at 1:03, as many claim.

There are people like James Norwood who need to understand that this trumps anybody's lip-flapping. Nothing trumps this. The photo was altered; altering takes time; hence, the Altgens photo could not have been faxed to the world at 1:03.
