Once again I must applaud your instincts - the attached gif overlay seems to show that it is, indeed, Sims. It's not perfect, as much of the lower face is deliberately blurred and darkened, but it is a match. It starts with a fast morph and then a slow morph.

If Sims is 5' 10 ", Bookhout is definitely about 5' 6". See the photo: I used Bookhout in the dark because they fluff up his hair in the lit-up still picture.
