Part 5 on Kamp

Alright, so now let's get to what this blowhard thinks really happens. He and Stan Dane start by citing this:

We all know about this. And God Almighty, do you think it would be admissible in court?

So, Oswald was in a storage room on the first floor? Does Kamp really believe that? Or does he just like it because it's different? The Dallas Morning News was a CIA-connected paper. The idea that there is anything bankable here is ridiculous. And why, if that's what happened, would Baker go along with changing the story to seeing Oswald in the 2nd floor lunch room? You need to think about something: OSWALD WAS STILL ALIVE at the time. And, you can't tell me that lowly Officer Baker had any preconception that Oswald was going to be killed. So, why would Baker be willing to lie about where he saw Oswald when he knew that Oswald would contradict him and would probably have the means to do so very convincingly. And we know what Oswald said, that he went up to the 2nd floor when an Officer came in. But, let's say, hypothetically, that it was the opposite, that Oswald went and hid in a storage closet (although one wonders why since he hadn't done anything). But then, he hears that the officer is claiming that he saw him on the 2nd floor in the lunch room. And he tells his lawyer. What's his lawyer going to do? He's going to go to town with it, isn't he? If he can prove that the officer was lying about where he saw Oswald, that would be grounds for reasonable doubt right there. And Baker had to assume that Oswald was going to get a lawyer, didn't he? So, the question is, WHY WOULD BAKER BE WILLING TO PERJURE HIMSELF ABOUT WHERE HE SAW OSWALD WHEN HE HAD TO KNOW THAT IT WAS SURE TO BACKFIRE? And what motive or reason did Baker- Officer Marrion Baker-have to do this? How could anyone convince him to commit the crime of perjury, of making a false police report, when there is no reason whatsoever to think that he had any desire or inclination to do so?

Kamp, again, chant this over and over:

Truly, bad; Baker, good
Truly, bad; Baker, good
Truly, bad; Baker, good
Truly, bad; Baker, good
Truly, bad; Baker, good
Truly, bad; Baker, good
Truly, bad; Baker, good
Truly, bad; Baker, good
Truly, bad; Baker, good
Truly, bad; Baker, good
Truly, bad; Baker, good
Truly, bad; Baker, good
Truly, bad; Baker, good
Truly, bad; Baker, good
Truly, bad; Baker, good
Truly, bad; Baker, good

Think of it in terms of self-interest. Everyone has self-interest, right? Isn't it something we are all born with? So, how was it in Marrion Baker's self-interest to lie about where he saw Oswald? What did he have to gain? Why should he have given a flying fuck about what Roy Truly wanted?

The fact is: that there is only way that this can be rationalized and that is, if you think Marrion Baker was part of the conspiracy to kill President Kennedy.  And when I say part of it, I mean part of it all along. You can't tell me that they recruited him on the spot after it happened. Don't dare try to tell me that- if you know what's good for you. I'm in no mood for it.

Call this Part 5.
