So, what do I make of this? I think it is a composite picture. And since the background seems more consistent with her, I assume that he got put into her picture. Notice how different their attention is. She seems focused on the camera, fully aware that a picture is being taken, whereas he has his eyes closed and is about to down a drink. Another big difference is the illumination. You can see how much brighter he is, indicating that his picture was taken under brighter conditions. Also, the relative sizes are off, where he is much bigger. I realize that he was bigger, but I can't imagine that his head was that much bigger than hers. Those are all assumptions but it is absolutely certain that it can't be real because he was only two years older than her, and she obviously looks much younger than him there. She easily looks young enough to be his daughter. So, it can't be real.

The question is: who would make a composite image like that? Under the circumstances, it seems very macabre. And when was it made? Was it made ahead of time. or was it quickly made after it happened? Either way, it's very disturbing.
