This was Jim Leavelle reenacting for the tv movie how he and another detective picked up Oswald and moved him into the jail office. Presumably, he did it the same way he did it in real life. Right? But, since he was handcuffed to Oswald, it means that his left wrist was tied to Oswald's right wrist, and it went wherever the other went, and his wrist went underneath Oswald. So, did he take Oswald's wrist with him? Ouch! We can look at the photo and use the other guy as a proxy. Let's imagine that it was he who was handcuffed to Oswald. So, it would mean that his right wrist was handcuffed to Oswald's left wrist. I have a line pointing to his right arm which is underneath Oswald. But, Oswald's left wrist is in plain view. It is resting on his abdomen-nowhere near the carrier's right wrist. Of course, they were not handcuffed. But, Leavelle reportedly was handcuffed to Oswald, and he was carrying him in the same manner. So, was he forcing Oswald's right wrist under his own body? Who would do such a thing when you could just remove the handcuff before picking him up? Leavelle knew that his colleagues were subduing the shooter. So, he didn't have to worry about another shot. So, why wouldn't he remove the handcuff before lifting Oswald? But, he didn't. Leavelle claimed that he lifted Oswald, carried him inside, and then removed the handcuff. Again: imagine it was the other detective doing it. Look at the positioning.
