Bob Stonehill: Thanks Ralph, but why do they say he was discovered drinking a soda acting calm by an officer in the second floor lunch room? Ralph Cinque:
Bob, it is a falsehood that they ever said they saw Oswald with a Coke in the lunch room. Both Baker and Truly said he had nothing in his hands. He did get a Coke, but it was after they departed. And when Baker first saw Oswald, he was walking into the lunch room. He wasn't there already; he was just getting there. So, that means he wasn't there a minute before. He had to be somewhere else a minute before. And he was: in the doorway. He went from the doorway to the 2nd floor lunch room, and we know what route he took. He used the front stairs in the northeast corner, which was close to the doorway, and then he had to walk across the whole 2nd floor to the southwest corner where the lunch room was. And the timing works out perfectly for him to have done that and gotten there just a little before Baker.
