On the left is Oswald, as he was leaving the TSBD, talking to Police Inspector J.Herbert Sawyer. It's from one of the three tramps photos. And of course, it's Oswald on the right as well.

Officialdom has it that the photo was taken about 2 PM, but it's not true, and Jim Marrs did a whole talk about it, claiming that it was taken shortly after the assassination.

And there is a piece of testimony that supports it. James Jarman said that when he and Harold Norman walked down the length of Houston Street to reach the back of the building to reenter, they saw Dallas policemen in the railway yard inspecting railroad cars. That was before the assassination, and it's unlikely they were still doing it at 2:00.

You can tell that Oswald initiated the conversation with Sawyer. You know it  because Oswald is facing him and looking at him, whereas Sawyer is neither facing nor looking at Oswald. He doesn't so much turn his head towards Oswald.

So, what  did Oswald want to say to him? I sure don't know, but I wish I did. But, the image is very exonerating because anyone who just shot someone doesn't usually want to talk to cops.

And to anyone who doubts that that's Oswald, I'll point out to you that the guy is definitely not Lovelady, and that would mean that there was not one, but two, TSBD employees who looked and dressed like Oswald that day. What do you figure the mathematical odds of that are?

Of course,  during his WC testimony, Sawyer didn't mention anything about having conversed with Oswald, but then again, nobody asked him. It wasn't typical for any of the testifiers to volunteer information. They answered what was asked of them, and that was it.
