From that footage of Ruby walking into court, as featured in Maxim's video, you can see more monkey business with Ruby's hair.

The image on the right was obviously altered, but even the one on the left got some help. Ruby was essentially on top. Here is the night of the JFK assassination. 

Don't take that black above his head for his hair. There was a man standing deep to him, and that's his hair. 

You don't think Ruby had hair on his forehead and the bridge of his nose, do you? Ruby was essentially bald on top. We have footage of him combing his hair in 1960, and he only ran the comb on the right and left sides of his head and never over the top.
