On the left is a classical drawing of a man in the throes of strychnine poisoning, a nerve agent. We need to take seriously this spastic state that JFK was suddenly in. We mustn't brush it off. We shouldn't dismiss it saying that he's been shot, so of course he is acting weird. No, this is a very specific thing, and it requires a very specific explanation. He was subjected to something which made this happen, and the most likely thing is a nerve agent that was delivered by way of bullet.
