Here we have Ruby in handcuffs being led through the Jail Office to be taken upstairs for the first time as they pass Oswald on the floor whom we can't see. There are problems galore with this. By some accounts, Ruby was shoved to the floor and handcuffed as soon as they got inside the Jail Office and taken upstairs. By other accounts, he was handcuffed and then left to lie on the floor a while. But why? In the picture on the left, they are supposedly passing Oswald. The detective glances over at him, but Ruby isn't interested. But, why is Ruby so fat? He wasn't so fat at the time. And why is his neck so jowly? It wasn't. And his hair there is ridiculous, with a huge swathe of baldness but still an island of very thick, wooly hair on top? His hair certainly wasn't that way.

On the right, we see him being taken to his arraignment a few hours later. It looks like he got a makeover, doesn't it? But, that isn't part of the record. Nobody ever said anything about cleaning Ruby up. What, did they get out Brylcream? And apparently, they put him on a rapid exercise program because he looks thinner, leaner, tighter. Wow! What a difference! From stolid to solid.
But hey! I know you Ops are just going to brush all that off: the camera, the angle, the lighting, blah, blah, blah. But, I got something you can't brush off. You won't be able to talk your way around it. Prepare to lose.
So, on the left, his shirt is unbuttoned, and we have to assume that his buttons got torn off in the melee'. The only alternative is that they unbuttoned them for show. In the past, I have mentioned the absurdity of him not being in his jacket, since they handcuffed him as soon as they got through the door, and that's according to 4 detectives: Archer, Clary, McMillan, and Lowery. But, there is also the problem of his shirt being unbuttoned because if the cops did it to make him look roughed up, that's a 4 alarm sign of malfeasance. That it happened by itself during the scuffle is the only move you've got to avoid checkmate. But, if that's true, how come we can see the intact buttons on his shirt on the right? So obviously, the buttons weren't torn off during the scuffle, which means that somebody unbuttoned the shirt, and it could not have been him. But, there is no innocent reason why they would have done that. It means we are back to this whole thing being staged.
