Richard Charnin is trying to argue that Lovelady was Obfuscated Man, the man whose face was blotted out in white. But, he can't be because that man is wearing a shirt and tie, and we know that Lovelady wasn't dressed like that. 

You see that tie on him, right? So you know he wasn't Lovelady. That man was standing with both arms crossed across his chest. He wasn't an order filler or warehouse worker like Lovelady. He was on the management side, which is why he's wearing a shirt and tie. Larry Rivera thinks that he was Joe Molina, who was the TSBD bookkeeper, and that's a reasonable guess. But, he definitely wasn't Billy Lovelady. Billy was Black Hole Man who is standing above with his arms encircling his head.
