Backass, here is Jarman's WC testimony about it.

Mr. BALL - Did you talk to him again that morning?
Mr. JARMAN - Yes, sir. I talked to him again later on that morning.
Mr. BALL - About what time?
Mr. JARMAN - It was between 9:30 and 10 o'clock, I believe.
Mr. BALL - Where were you when you talked to him?
Mr. JARMAN - In between two rows of bins.
Mr. BALL - On what floor?
Mr. JARMAN - On the first floor.
Mr. BALL - And what was said by him and by you?
Mr. JARMAN - Well, he was standing up in the window and I went to the window also, and he asked me what were the people gathering around on the corner for, and I told him that the President was supposed to pass that morning, and he asked me did I know which way he was coming, and I told him, yes; he probably come down Main and turn on Houston and then back again on Elm. Then he said, "Oh, I see," and that was all.

Now, do I put in stock in that? Yes, I do. I certainly don't think that Jarman made it up. Why on Earth would he do that?

So, the only question is: was Oswald putting on an act? But, there is no reason to think that. Do you think he was doing it to create an alibi for himself, an ignorance alibi? BUT, HE WASN'T GOING TO KILL KENNEDY, SO HE DIDN'T NEED AN ALIBI. Therefore, he had no reason to lie and pretend.

And no, you stupid fool, I'm the one who has been PROTESTING the claims of Oswald said this, and Oswald said that. For years now, I've been saying that those who claim that Oswald said he was eating lunch in the lunch room at 12:30 are full of shit. And likewise, I've been saying that those who claim that Lovelady, from the very beginning, identified himself as Doorman are full of shit. And yet, you have the nerve to claim that I vouch for every word in every document which claims to speak for Oswald? Unbelievable!

We've even got FBI agents who claimed that Oswald said he sat down and ate his lunch AFTER the assassination. And you think I vouch for that?

Why do you have to be so stupid, Backes? And how can you be so stupid as to distort reality 180 degrees?
