It says that Secret "Service men are looking from where shot came from." They've got the word "from" twice. But, that doesn't make sense. The SS men were looking FOR the location from which the shots came. They weren't looking FROM the location. So, you could say they were looking for where the shots came from. That would be awkward and poorly written, but at least, with effort, you could make sense of it. But, to say they were looking FROM where shot came from makes no sense at all. It is just plain ridiculous.
How could the AP write in such a manner? Do you mean to tell me that Carl E. Linde wrote that? That that was his sentence construction? Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, it is impossible!
