Larry was extremely active in the JFK warzone (remember, it's not a community) back in 2004, 2005, 2006. And that was before my time. He was very active on Education Forum, and there it was required that you use your real name and your real image. Of course, I imagine it was difficult to enforce. So, whether that really was his real name and his real image or not, I can't say. But presumably, he was maintaining that it was. What was his full name? I don't know, but maybe it was Lawrence Brandon Peters. Get it? But, we'll just call him Larry since that's what he went by.
Larry claimed to be "middle-aged", and he said that he had been researching the JFK assassination for "25 years." Wow. If you're only middle-aged, and you've been at it for 25 years, that means you started awfully young. Even 40 is middle-aged, so that would mean that you started at age 15.
Larry also said that he was "retired" and "living comfortably." Hmm, not bad.
What was Larry's position on the JFK assassination? It's hard to tell because he was vague about it. He said he was open to conspiracy, but he never once said that Oswald was innocent. So, was he an HSCA CT who believed that Oswald did it but with accomplices? That somebody put him up to it? Like the Mafia?
Well, that is the HSCA position, but it is as ridiculous and absurd today as it was in 1979. Nobody- not the Mafia, not the CIA, not the FBI, and not anybody else would have put Oswald up to shooting Kennedy. If they wanted Kennedy dead and nobody else hurt or killed, they would have gotten a real assassin to do it- which Oswald was not. He wasn't much of a lock and loader.
But, Larry wasn't there to talk about that. He was there for one reason, and he admitted it: to shoot down all claims of photo and film alteration in the JFK assassination. That was it. Nothing else.
And that put him at odds with a very famous person: Jack White.
Now, I didn't know Jack personally. I never met him, but I did exchange a few messages with him. And, he was always very nice. He was a nice man. He was a gentleman. He was also quite old, so he had the respectability of seniority. And therefore, most people who engaged with him, even in a challenging way, did so respectfully. The same was true of Gerald McKnight and for the same reasons.
So, most of the members were nice to Jack, but Larry Peters, not so much.
Larry was about as condescending and as disparaging to Jack as he was allowed to be on Education Forum. Remember, it wasn't his personal blog. He could get banned. He could get restricted. So, he was never vile and abusive, the way Backes and Bpete are to me here in the blogosphere. (Of course, Backes found out that even here, there are limits.) But, Larry Peters was as castigating and denigrating as he could be on EF to Jack. In other words, he wasn't vulgar to Jack, but he was as callous and deprecating as he could possibly get away with on EF.
But, I want to start with something Jack White said about Larry.
"Mr. Peters" refuses to reveal his identity, his occupation, his
JFK research credentials, his address, or any personal data.
He posts all hours of the day and night from the GMT time
zone, so we are led to believe he resides in GB, but that
is not necessarily true, since he could be posting from Langley
Virginia.
Unfortunately, this forum has no rules of conduct. Too bad.
I will no longer read ANY of his postings nor reply to ANY of
them. He has made himself a non-entity by his actions.
Jack White is not the issue here. Learning the truth about the
JFK coup is. In a phone conversation once, the late Col.
L.Fetcher Prouty once told me, "You are the researcher which
the CIA fears most. They will try their best to discredit you
because your photo research is easily understood by the
average person, and that is a threat to them."
Bye bye, Mr. Peters, WHOEVER you may be."

Wow, Jack really said a lot there. Of course, the reference to Langley is to CIA headquarters. So, Jack had pegged Larry Peters pegged as an Op.
And naturally, it jumped out at me right away about the London time zone- since that is something that Bpete does. Now, why would he do that? I think it's because if people knew his time zone, they'd have a general idea of where he was- what part of the country. And, he didn't even want to give that away.
But, the other thing that jumped out at me is what Prouty said to Jack White, that the CIA targets him because his photo analysis is easily understood by the average person. And remember that a picture is worth a thousand words. It explains why they went after Jack, and it also explains why they are now going after me.
This work, my work, the work of exposing Oswald in the doorway is the most dangerous threat to the official story of the JFK assassination in the world today. And, that is why they target me, why they commit crimes against me, and why they are probably considering killing me.
We are going to stay on this subject for a while.
