If Ozzy wore CE 150 to work on Friday, why could none of his co-workers
identify the shirt as the one he wore that day?

The FBI showed the shirt to Frazier and Truly. Both said they couldn't
identify it as the one her wore to work on the 22nd. Given said it looked
familiar but he couldn't say Ozzy wore it on the 22nd. Jarman said he
couldn't remember it being the shirt Ozzy wore on the 22nd. Randle said
she thought Ozzy wore a lighter colored shirt that morning. Reid was
certain Ozzy wasn't wearing the shirt. Williams said he couldn't remember
Ozzy ever wearing a shirt like that.

CE 150 doesn't even look like Oswald's arrest shirt. Have you looked at it?

If your mental image is of the shirt on the right, and they show you the image on the left, you're hardly going to say, "That's it! I'd recognize it anywhere."
