Those who have been fighting me who also maintain that Oswald was innocent need to admit that the Backyard photos were faked.
That's because they show Oswald brandishing the alleged murder weapon six months before the assassination, when he denied owning it, having ordered it, or owning any rifle at all.
If he was innocent, he had no reason to lie about that. It wasn't a crime to own a rifle. In fact, if you ordered one, the US Post Office would ship it for you and hand it over to you at the counter.
If Oswald knew that someone had stolen his rifle and brought it there to frame him, he would have said so. But instead, he denied owning any rifle. It is inconceivable that he would lie about that if he was innocent.
Therefore, if the Backyard photos are legit, they are extremely damaging to Oswald's case for innocence because he denied owning a rifle at all.
Furthermore, he also denied that he was the figure in the photo. He denied having done it or knowing anything about it. And if they are legitimate, it means he lied.
So, it would mean he lied to the cops about ordering the rifle, about having the rifle and about taking the photos. That is, it would mean he lied about at least those three things.
All Oswald defenders needs to recognize that the Backyard photos were faked and fabricated. And they have no choice. If they won't do it, it means they are not Oswald defenders but rather, Oswald accusers.
I'm talking to you Backes. And you, Lee Farley. And you, James Norwood. If you believe Oswald was innocent, then you MUST believe that the Backyard photos were faked.
