This is from a statement that was made on Nov 26 by Will Fritz about what happened on Nov 24:
Oswald's hands were handcuffed in front of him? Not according to the Jackson photo:
And here's something that really pushes it into the realm of the comedy of the absurd. Let's say that despite what we see above that Oswald's hands were indeed handcuffed to each other, and his right hand was handcuffed to Leavelle's left. Let's accept all of it. Now tell me how Leavelle was able to pick Oswald up, because with all that, it means that both Oswald's hands had to go wherever Leavelle's left hand went. So, how could he do this?
And I know that's a movie, but we don't have an image of him doing it for real because all the cameras that were there missed it completely. All they could capture was chaos and pandemonium. But, that is what he said he did, and that is him demonstrating it. So, how could he do it, if all that handcuffing was in place?
Here is Leavelle removing the handcuffs AFTER they put Oswald down inside the jail office.
Obviously, they did not try to depict Oswald's two hands being cuffed to each other in the movie since you can plainly see that they aren't.
