At this link, you can watch and hear LBJ praising Rufus Youngblood for saving his life.
He was referring to the claim that RY reached behind and grabbed LBJ and shoved him down to the floor of the backseat of the convertible. Then, supposedly, he climbed over his seat and lied on top of LBJ, using his body to shield LBJ's. It never happened.
Here is Senator Yarborough's detailed affadavit, in which he correctly pointed out that the interval between the 1st and 2nd shots was much longer than the interval between the 2nd and 3rd shots. That's because the 1st shot was the shot to JFK's back, which contained a nerve agent that hit him high on the hill.
All this fabricating about LBJ and Youngblood was caused by the removal of LBJ from the Altgens photo, which was done because he was hunkered down so low, obviously concerned about being hit.
