Billy Nolan Lovelady is "Doorman." And no one wants to hear another word about it!
Not once did Billy Nolan Lovelady even claim to be Doorman that we know of.
He never once said it in his Warren Commission testimony, and he was never even asked. And, he drew an arrow to another figure to point to himself.
And as the years passed, the FBI and lots of people said that Lovelady claimed to be Doorman, but we never heard it from him himself. They could have sat him down in front of a sea of microphones and cameras to say it, but they never did. Even in 1969, Tink Thompson included it in his book that CBS told him that Lovelady said he was Doorman,, but Lovelady was alive and well at the time and living in Denver CO, the owner of a freight company, and Tink could have gone there and talked to Lovelady directly. But, he didn't. Why didn't he?
And then during the HSCA, again, we never heard from Lovelady directly. The HSCA produced a scribbled written statement which they claim Lovelady wrote and signed, but did he? Who knows? Why didn't they drag him to Washington, and sit him down in front of microphones, cameras, and a court reporter and force him to testify?
We don't have Lovelady EVER claiming to be Doorman. We NEVER heard him say it. We just have other people claiming that he said it.
But, one thing we do have him saying out loud and recorded by the court reporter. This is Billy Nolan Lovelady in his own words:
Ball: Did you ever see Oswald again that day (after you broke for lunch?
Lovelady: No.
So, Lovelady denied ever seeing Oswald at the Dallas PD. Lovelady in the squad room was faked.
