Look at this collage again because it is quite revealing. Compare the shape of Oswald's head to Lovelady's.

Oswald's is geometric on top and then rectangular below. Can you see how expansive it is on top? It's jutting. But then, it tapers below. Lovelady's head is oval. You can't say round because it's longer than it is wide. But it is pretty damn oval- curved like a dome on top. Now, hold both of those in mind as you look at Doorman.

He's got the dome shape of Lovelady's head on top, but his lower head from the eyes down, is a match to Oswald. This shows you that they really did what I said: they moved over the top of Lovelady's head.
