Backes, you stupid idiot, you haven't established anything. You have NOT established that Hinckley wasn't handcuffed. It says in plain English from CNN that he was handcuffed moments after the shooting. For most people, that would settle it. I have posted several images of him in handcuffs, but what have you done? This image below doesn't establish anything. You can't claim that he wasn't handcuffed.

So, stop acting like something was decided in your favor. Nothing is ever decided in your favor. You're wrong about everything.

Hinckley was handcuffed:

March 30, 1981 - At 2:25 pm EST, President Ronald Reagan comes out of the Hilton Hotel in Washington. Hinckley is waiting for him in the crowd and begins shooting. One bullet hits Reagan in his left lung. Also injured are Press Secretary James Brady, Secret Service agent Timothy J. McCarthy and Washington police officer Thomas K. Delahanty. Brady is shot in the head and partially paralyzed. Hinckley is handcuffed moments after firing six shots at Reagan from almost point-blank range.

Note that if the article stated that Hinckley was taken away without being handcuffed, Backes would be all over it.

But, let's look at the big picture. It's obvious from all the many images I posted of police subduing wild people (and there are plenty more I could have put up) that the police get the subject down on the ground, and then they handcuff him.

There is nothing exaggerated about my statement that that is what police do: routinely. They don't drag violent people away without cuffing them. But, what happened with Ruby? They not only didn't cuff him, but one cop was kind enough to put something over his head to cover him up.

A very conscientious effort was made to make absolutely sure that we did NOT get a look at "Ruby's" face in that garage. They did not want us to see him. And the purpose of mobbing into the building rather than cuffing him was because they wanted to keep his face covered. Why? Because he wasn't Jack Ruby. He wasn't Ruby. He wasn't Ruby. He wasn't Ruby.
