US military plans B-1 Bomber strike on North Korea missile sites
The American military is ready with a plan to strike North Korean missile sites in a preemptive attack if Donald Trump decides to do so.
Ralph Cinque: We have completely abandoned the U.S. Constitution which states that Congress must pass a declaration of war before we can go to war. The last time that happened was WW2. After that, Truman sent U.S. troops to war in Korea without a Congressional declaration of war, and that became the new standard. We have had practically non-stop war since then, but Congress hasn't issued another declaration of war since Germany and Japan.
So, why are we such hypocrites? They should seek to pass a Constitutional amendment which states that the President can send the country to war. That's the reality. And it has been the reality since 1950.
