Oswald in the doorway: the blog of the Oswald Innocence Campaign, by Ralph Cinque

Fabulous image here provided by the Wizard. This is the fight; the struggle. Jack Beers stayed on his ladder, and he caught this mid-fight. And, there are some important things to observe about this:

First, note that it doesn't look nearly as wild and chaotic and pandemonius as it appears in the films. Buford Beatty hasn't even moved. He's still in the same spot. But, where is the shooter?

So, is the shooter disappeared? That can'be him with the back of his head to us. The shooter was wearing a hat, and that man isn't. And if you want to say his hat came off, that man has got a full, thick head of hair which Ruby certainly didn't have.  And I'd like to know how his ears got to be so big. But, in any case, that can't be the shooter, so where is the shooter? But, look at the big picture again:

Where the Hell is Oswald????????????? Do you mean to tell me that they got Oswald inside already while the moving of "Ruby" was still at this stage? Look how it started?

So, at this point, "Ruby" is on his feet, while Oswald is flat on his back, unconscious. "Ruby" is already significantly closer to the door. Leavelle is supposedly handcuffed to Oswald, his left hand to Oswald's right, but how can he pick him up that way? Try it. And at this point, before doing anything else, wouldn't Leavelle start by assessing Oswald, seeing where he was hit, getting a sense about his condition, the state of his peril, and even just whether he's alive or not? Wouldn't he make an initial assessment right there in the garage before trying to move him anywhere? And wouldn't that take some time? But then, if he was going to try to move him, wouldn't he do it slowly and carefully and with the greatest concern for Oswald's comfort and safety? Trying hard not to jostle him, etc.? So how, in the midst of all that, could Oswald have been moved inside before "Ruby"?

 And take note of Davidson there on the left. Notice that he is perfectly upright, that no one is bothering him, that he has plenty of elbow room. Why should he have wound up with shots of the floor, the corner, the wall, etc.? But, how could they possibly have moved Oswald out of there so fast? And what door did they go through? If Leavelle and another detective, presumably Combest (although on the day it happened Leavelle said he couldn't remember which detective helped him carry Oswald) lifted Oswald together to carry him that became an object; a moving object consisting of three men. And that's a big object. So, which door did that big object go through? It seems like it made sense for them to go through the wide double doors, right? But, if so, wouldn't the crowd filling the hallway have to clear? How long would that have taken? I say again: HOW, on God's Green Earth, did they remove Oswald from the scene before they removed "Ruby"?
