I keep thinking about this second Beers photo. There is a lot of insight we can garner from it. Notice how high up the camera is. Beers was shooting from above. He and his camera were lording over the whole space. Nothing could escape their view. So, how come Beers didn't catch the transfer of Oswald back into the jail office? How could he and his camera not see it? But, there's more.

We can estimate how many seconds have passed since the shot, and we'll do it by finding a frame comparable to this in the KRLD footage, and then we'll see how many seconds it occurs after the shot.

So, below the shot has just gone off in the  footage; we've heard it; and the time is 13:07.

Then, here is a later frame which seems comparable to the second Beers photo. Notice that the men in the farground, that is, deep in the scene, have their sight and attention focused on the door.

The guy looming large on the right I what I call a veil shot or screen, and they make use of a lot of veil shots to block the view so that we can't see. But, on the left, we can see that they're all focused ahead on the action between them and the doorway, which means that "Ruby" must be there being wrestled into the jail office. Notice the time: 13:19. So, 12 seconds have elapsed from the time of the shot.

But, let's go back to this:

So, Jim Leavelle has just extracted himself from the mob of Penguins subduing "Ruby". But, his gaze is still on them, so he has not yet begun to look at Oswald to assess his condition and decide what to do. His eyes have not yet gone to Oswald. But, note the time: 13:13. So, if he starts focusing on Oswald at this point, it is only 6 seconds before this other photo, in which he and Oswald have already vanished.

So, do you think it's possible for Leavelle to have gone from this:

to getting Oswald inside in just 6 seconds? Remember what I said yesterday, that he would start by assessing Oswald's condition, starting with determining whether he's alive or dead. I maintain it was impossible for him to carry Oswald at all without first removing the handcuffs, but he denied doing it. But again I ask: do you think it could go from that to him being inside with Oswald in just 6 seconds?

But, it's all a moot question because according to Cutchshaw, who closed and was guarding the door, Oswald wasn't moved inside until after Ruby was. Cutchshaw claimed to have to open up the door again for Oswald. And, according to Cutchshaw, there was a stretcher involved. And that makes Cutchshaw's entire testimony a moot point since there definitely was NOT a stretcher involved.

And that brings us back to this: How in this few seconds could Oswald have been vanished so fast? How? HOW? HOW?
