Roy Truly led the way up the stairs in search of an armed killer. Would you please think about that? What was he going to do if he ran into the guy? Use Karate on him? Dodge the bullets? Why didn't he let Officer Marrion Baker lead the way? It's because he knew there was no danger. He wasn't the least bit afraid.

Then, he was so dismissive about Oswald to Baker that he got him to move on without Oswald having said a word. Truly must have really shown the attitude: "This guy? No way was it him. He couldn't hurt a fly."

But then, just 20 minutes later, because he didn't see Oswald milling around with the other warehouse workers, he went to the cops in a tizzy about Oswald being missing.

There never was a roll call. David Von Pein has often referred to the "roll call" but it's fiction.; it never happened. We are supposed to believe that Truly, after brushing off Oswald to Baker, upon seeing warehouse workers milling around or answering questions to Police, started thinking about Oswald again and noticed that he wasn't there. He could have been in the bathroom; he could have been on the phone; he could have been talking to somone somewhere else. But, Truly jumped to the conclusion that Oswald had left and reported it to the Police.

But, if Truly wasn't alarmed that Oswald was on the second floor when most people were outside, why would he be alarmed that Oswald wasn't in view with the other employees? If Truly was willing to dismiss any and all suspicion about Oswald, even though he was found alone on the second floor so soon after the shooting, why would his attitude towards Oswald turn into suspicion that he shot the President just because he wasn't with the other workers?

And we know for a fact that Oswald was not the only one who wasn't there. Charles Givens wasn't there. He left right away. And I don't think Frazier was there either because he said that after the shooting, what he did was go down to the basement to eat his lunch. Why didn't Frazier eat during the lunch break? He didn't say, and I don't claim to know. But, if he was down in the basement eating, he could not have been in the warehouse with the warehouse workers.

The point is that that this situation being a cause for Truly to suspect that Oswald shot the President is NOT credible.

And remember that most people aren't murderers, and they aren't capable of murder. Truly had no reason to think that Oswald was capable of murder- or that he even owned a gun. There simply was no reason and no rational for him to get worked up over Oswald not being seen there with the other workers. It was nothing to go to the cops about. It was all preconceived, preplanned, and preplotted.

Truly did not want Oswald to be arrested at the TSBD by Baker or anyone else. That's why he brushed him off to Baker. Truly waited until Oswald left and then reported him to Police, and it's because the showdown at the theater was planned in advnace. Someone must have told Oswald to go there. We don't know who that was. It could have been someone like Shelley, but it might have been someone we can't name. The TSBD was a CIA front company, and they moved into that building that August just to frame Oswald.

But, if you read Truly's testimony, you'll see that he spoke highly of Oswald from having known him. He said he was orderly and well-mannered and a hard worker and very devoted to his family. He said only positives; no negatives. So, why would he go from that attitude to suspecting him of killing the President just from him not being there milling around with the workers. It does not make sense, and it is not credible.

Roy Truly was a bad man, and he was involved in killing JFK.
