Juliette noticed that it's not just the socks that are different but the shoes too. Ruby had on a high-top functional shoe, a work shoe. The Garage Shooter wore a low-top dressy shoes. Face your demons, enemies.

HOLY VIRGIN MOTHER OF GOD!
Look at the color of the socks on the Garage Shooter in the Beers photo. They are light.
Now, look at the socks on Jack Ruby. He's in his prisoner garb, but don't tell me they had him change his socks. This was a city jail, not a prison. Oswald didn't even get a shirt, never mind underwear, which is what socks are.
And, if you look closely, those are high-top work shoes on the left and dressy low-top shoes on the right. Different shoes AND different socks. DIFFERENT MEN!

Who is going to fight about it now, huh? Anybody? Anybody?

It's the first of November, a new month, so let's start it with a song.
This is from 1942 by Harry Warren, whose real name was Salvadore Guaragna. Note that in Italian the internal g is silent, and you should imagine that there is a y before the final a.
Like me, he was an Italian from New York City. He decided at an early age that he was going to become a songwriter. So, he got himself an old piano; he taught himself to play; and he started writing songs. And he became one of the most prolific songwriters of the 1930s and 40s.
His most enduring song is probably At Last which Etta James brought to prominence in the modern era. All the "divas" sing it because it is such a great song. I just wish they sometimes gave credit to Harry Warren.
Another great song of his is I Only Have Eyes For You, and if you haven't heard Art Garfunkel's recording of it, you are really missing something; it soars.
Harry Warren wrote Lullaby of Broadway, We're In The Money, The More I See You, You Must Have Been A Beautiful Baby, You're Getting To Be A Habit With Me, and his I Had The Craziest Dream became Tommy Dorsey's signature song because of it's 18 bar trombone opening solo. Harry Warren wrote so many songs, he was called the Italian Irving Berlin.
And he wrote this song in 1942, which I find to be very charming, very well crafted, and very pleasing. It's called There Will Never Be Another You.

Hmm. This is interesting. Linda Zambanini is now claiming that this is probably Detective E.R. Beck, but when you go to save it, it shows that somebody, in naming it, pegged him as Pinkston.
So, it's an AP photo, which somebody named: ruby-shooting-pinkston-ap-online.
Then, there is this photo of Detective E.R. Beck, on the right:

Somebody's face they couldn't show
We'll use the 3 Shots version since Backes likes it better.
We are looking at two men in profile but compare the resolution of each man. OH MY FLIPPIN' GOD! How could Oswald come out so crystal clear while the other guy looks like the blob from THE BLOB? He was somebody whose face they didn't want us to see. I'll say it again: He was somebody whose face they didn't want us to see. James Bookhout was a face they didn't want us to see. How do we know? Because we never see him. Nat Pinkston wasn't a face they didn't want us to see because we do see him: at the Midnight Press Conference.
in the hallway at another time:
and even at the Oswald shooting:
And look how they topped off this guy's hat in order to give him more height. Fedora hats were not that high. And compare his ear to Oswald's.
Why WHY WHY does that qualitative difference exist? It's obvious that the man on the left was deliberately obscured. And, he was deliberately obscured because he was James Bookhout.
The Idiot Backes put up the Bookhout hallway clip with Oswald from the 3 shots movie. It's a little better, but it shows the same thing. Here it is from 3 shots:
Look how much of Oswald's features we are seeing on the right? How come we can't see them on Bookhout on the left? When I took it from Youtube, this is what I got.
There's not that much difference, you stupid shit. Anyway, that is James Bookhout on the left, to whom Oswald is talking.
That's him. They probably did add some height to his hat just to hide how short he really was. Also, we know from his SMU photos that his hair was very dark. So, I suspect they lightened his hair in this frame just to avoid reminding us of this:
Yeah, they definitely messed with that hat on the right, trying to give him some more elevation, to hide his diminutive stature, like the Garage Shooter. Also, the taller hat distracts away from his linkage to the Garage Shooter. That is Bookhout. And there is no one else he could be. He turns into the homicide office for the 6:30 Saturday interview. He's not Fritz. He's not one of Fritz' detectives. He's not Nash. He's not Kelly. There is no one else he could be except Bookhout. And who else would Oswald have conversed with in the hall? Who else did he know among his captors?
You struck out, Backes, as usual.
