So, they are really him- all of them- except that being FBI agents, they doctored the photos to get the effect they were seeking, honesty not being a job requirement over there. You know? Like inventing bus rides and cab rides? Once you are capable of doing that, being dishonest with pictures is a piece of cake.
And the main thing they did was give him more hair than he really had, which we know thanks to Mark Lane.
