This copy shows very well that the evidence of the thumbprint is still there. If you can't see that there is still squiggly stuff there in the background surrounding Hargis, you're blind. Just compare it to the grass to the left of it, which looks smooth.  

And yes, I know Hargis has got his head turned to the right, but how far do you think he has it turned? I figure he's looking at the Kennedys, so it isn't turned that much. And there is definitely some compromise of the image of his head and neck; it's not all there; it's interrupted. That is NOT the original Moorman photo. It's the thumbprint photo after it was fixed.
