Whether the coating was applied properly? Mary Moorman said she applied it, and I presume she knew how to do it. What right does anyone have to presume otherwise?

You don't understand how what-ifs work, Backes. You have to have a good reason to assume that the simple act of rubbing a coater over a photo wasn't done correctly.

Furthermore, we know that the thumbprint didn't occur at that time. It occurred after the 2nd time the FBI took possession of the photo. Just listen to Mary:

So, the question of whether the photo was allowed to dry properly is out of the question because the thumbprint occurred long after the photo was dry.

Why do you have to be so stupid, Backes? Why do you go about committing crimes so stupidly? Why didn't you tell the guy: don't set foot on his property; don't trespass; don't break the law?

Now, it's my turn. You are going to wish you never attached your name to those photos.
