The very fact that the FBI would fake a photo about Babushka tells you that they were lying about her.
The very idea that she was standing there in broad daylight with a camera in her hands and nobody came up to her and asked about it is preposterous. How do you think all the photos and films wound up in government hands? They had people in Dealey Plaza who were assigned to look for photogs and get their product from them. What, do you think they just missed Babushka Lady?
