The ears prove you wrong.  Can't fake the ears.

That is ridiculous. First, you have to be specific and point to specific deviations that others can appraise. Or, do you perhaps think that you're Solomon?

But, that's just stupid, not ridiculous. What's ridiculous is that you are tacitly admitting that the figures match in every other way except for the ears- as if any two people could look that much alike except for their ears. 

Saved by an ear, is that it? No, that's not it.  

So, you're wrong, but even if you were photographically right, you would still be wrong. There is no discordance between the ears.

You should also be told that the ears keep growing throughout life, as do noses.
