Scott Kaiser has come up with another ID for someone in the Op 40 photo. It's Ramon Barquin. He's sitting in the 3rd seat on our right.

So, here's the image comparison:

I'm satisfied it's him. I have no reason to doubt it. Again, I don't see any deal-breakers. So, based on what Scott said and looking at the collage, I accept that it's him, Ramon Baquin. He was a Colonel for Castro but then fled Cuba and joined Operation 40.
